Dr. Becky Eades
I am a licensed psychologist in Florida (License # PY 7267) and have served as an adjunct professor in the Rollins College Graduate Studies in Counseling program as well as in the Rollins College Hamilton Holt undergraduate program. I additionally engage in consultation, training, and clinical supervision. My private practice is located in the Baldwin Park area of Orlando, Florida.
Prior to entering private practice, I worked in a variety of settings including college counseling centers, community mental health agencies, and in-patient psychiatric hospitals. I utilize Energy Psychology in my practice and have Level II certification in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I additionally utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly researched therapy tool that assists people with painful life events including trauma experiences. I have advanced training in the treatment of eating disorders and assist those with medically stable eating disordered behavior, especially compulsive eating issues.
